When Jose returned home to Toronto after a year of living in Tokyo, he needed help finding a job. A friend suggested he contact Kelly, so they could work together at a large employer in the area. He visited a Kelly office, was hired, and began his career with Kelly Services.

Jose started working as a bilingual customer service representative. Since then, he’s had several progressive positions throughout the call center environment, including escalation focal and ID administration focal. He also participated on a team tasked with creating network IDs.

About nine months ago he was awarded remote status, allowing him to work from home. As a home-based Kelly employee, calls are routed to Jose at home through the use of advanced technology. The customer has also given him an additional project: the daunting assignment of building training documentation and video tutorials on the company’s IT processes.
